I received a phone call from Community Connect, the creators of Black Planet and other online commmunity sites (very big sites with lots of users) yesterday asking me if I knew any PHP developers looking for a job. That is an understatement right? Check out these 2 jobs which are available in the New York Manhattan area. If you are out of work and want to relocate this is a GREAT opportunity. You can find the posting here:

well, i suggest before ridiculing people for having to tellecommute, you take into effect why they must do so:
  • Family problems
    Inadequate transportation
Lack of money to fund a move to a new area
    etc..
Just remember, by calling us slackers because he have to telecommute, just remember we do take that as an insult because of the above listed items...

my post was done purely in jest, and no offense was intended... i spent 6 months telecommuting after my sone was born, and frankly, i worked harder then than i did at the office... mostly to prevent myself from being called a slacker... i guess i didn't realise this was a sensitive subject.
