Position: Product Manager

Description:

Slide is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Product Manager to join our startup Product team.

Responsibilities:

Will be responsible for managing Slide's application development including product specifications and messaging.

Managing the entire product life cycle from conception to development to release

Determine product specifications via Market Requirements Document (MRD). Quantitative analysis of product/key metrics

Initiate and prioritize projects within engineering and QA, track product development, and develop product launch plans.

Engage closely with engineering team and assist in determining the best technical implementation methods as well as reasonable execution schedule.

Establish short and long term product goals and strategies.

Requirements:

Ideal candidate will have minimum of 5 years experience in product management in consumer market (preferably in web media space) .Application development experience is a strong plus

Passion for writing product specifications, White papers, MRD (need writing sample)

Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to details

Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy

Strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position products in the market

Previous start-up experience is a plus

We are looking for an enthusiastic, performance-driven self-starter and team player BA/BS degree, MBA a plus


Location: San Francisco

Compensation : $60-100k ,Full medical/dental/vision Benefits and 401K options are available.
