Pricing info needed for my website - its a long one, sorry

Hi,
**UPDATE** Can I just confirm I am not asking for offers for this job, all I want to know is information. This is why I originally put it in the general discussion forum, as I did not want anyone to think I was looking for someone to do this. ***
I just need a little bit of information regarding prices of web sites. I am a photographer and have just opened my own studio and am now looking for a website. I have had a meeting with two separate web designers regarding this (one works for a design company, the other owns his own small company).
As I am pretty green with websites and the internet I just wanted to get an idea of what would be a fair price for what I require. I have provided the designers with my requirements and they are going to get back to me regarding prices and because of my ignorance in this field I just want some information regarding the going rates for these types of things.
1) Logo creation
Included with this is will be :
-A range of logo designs to choose from. I will have the option of developing any that I like or requesting another set of designs
-Business card creation - 500 cards provided
-Letterhead creation - 500 letterheads provided
-a disc containing all of the original design files for the logo and business cards and a template for the letterhead.
2) Website
-As with the logo, a range of website designs will be provided.
It will consist of 3 pages containing information such as a bio about myself and the company, how to find our studio and a contact page that allows visitors to email me directly from the website.
A gallery section that contains a further 3 pages/section relating to the areas of photography I specialise in (portraits, weddings, landscapes) - each separate gallery will have around 30 - 40 images. These will be presented as thumbnails with the option of clicking on the thumbnail to view a larger version.
"Adherence to current web standards and compliance with current Accessibility legislation."
3)A client gallery
After a photo shoot, the client is presented with all of the shots taken, they then choose which images from the collection they wish to keep / purchase. I want to give the client the option of doing this online.
This is the system we have decided upon:
Firstly, a content management system integrated into the main site that would allow access only to myself through a login system. This would allow me to upload the pictures, set a username and password for the client, view picture choices made by the client and remove the photos and client details when the job is complete.
A login section for the client which will give them access to just their gallery of pictures and prevent other people accessing their images. As with the gallery on the main site, these will be presented as thumbnails with the option of clicking on the thumbnail to view a larger version. The client can then indicate which image they want to keep by means of a checkbox. When the client is finished, the list of chosen image names will be emailed to myself and will also be recorded and accessed through my content management system.
The designer is also going to provide me with instructions on batch renaming, batch thumbnail creation and batch watermarking of the images prior to my uploading them through the content management system. Also included will be documentation and instructions showing me how to use the content management system.
Could someone tell me what I should expect to pay for each separate service - 1, 2 and 3, this will also tell me how much the whole project will cost? If its difficult to give exact figures, a ball park number will do.
Also what is the going rate, per hour, for each section as I understand each of them focuses on different disciplines?
Just for your information I am based in the UK.
I appreciate your help with this.
