Scope: The new hire will do code base and develop their site on a day to day basis. The new hire will also implement innovative new features and enhancements using PHP and SQL on the backend, and Javascript, XHTML and CSS on the front end. They also need the person to review codes and ensure the development process is efficient. The manager wants someone who understand PHP time server architecture. Also, anybody that has done large scale systems (google, microsoft) would be very interesting to the manager. What also impresses him is if the person has done web 2.0 mash up.
