Position: Software Diagnostic Analyst

Scope: As a Software Diagnostic Analyst you will be a vital element in the success and support of our Behavior Analytics systems with your ability to diagnose/troubleshoot issues.

The Behavior Analytics application is an innovative and state of the art suite of applications, processes and tools focused on providing our clients with the most concise data to “analyze” and “improve” their customer relations.

The applications are primarily built in C# and PHP and process high-volumes of data in multi-server, multi-site Contact Center environments. You will be part of team that is providing expertise to our clients; with responsibilities that heavily include systems diagnosis and detailed problem resolution, with occasional software development.

To ensure our success to our clients as a Team, part of your responsibilities will be:
• Interpreting and analyzing business requirements to identify risks and design appropriate solutions.
• Providing guidance for business decisions from a “technical perspective” on such issues as performance, scalability, reliability and security
• A thorough understanding of the capabilities and limitations of high-volume, transactional applications
• Collaborating with functional consultants to write design specifications to minimize future application issues
• Developing solutions to implement client-specific interfaces and workflows
Skills required include:
• A thorough understanding of the development process for Web applications written in a .Net environment using C# and PHP, and SQL Server
• Diagnosis of application issues (data analysis)
• Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution
• Knowledge of System Configuration
• Testing and Support of applications; providing support to developers
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Eagerness to solve issues
In addition, experience with any of the following is a strong plus: Contact Center technologies (e.g., VOIP, TDM) • PHP Apache • IIS • CSS • PERL • HTTP • XML
