There is an industry standard salary for PHP? :?

I think you should deduct your salary reasoning from:

1) Location -- Affects cost of living
2) Work experience -- Self explanatory
3) Skill -- Are they guru? Out of school?

After 1.5 years it's justified for a PHP developer to be considered "experienced"? How many years before one becomes an "expert" or a "master"?

This reminds me of that Kung Fu blackbelt I got from a ceareal box as a child. :P
