Hi all,
I was a freelance web developer. But now I got a job in a small company. When I joined there they asked me to lead a small group in a new web project.
Please advise me how to become a good project leader in a web development project.
Thanks in advance

I would recommend two things -- honesty and Agile development.

Honesty...thats funny
Leadership usually comes from experience and learning from others before you. A a freelancer you rarely gain the insight required to lead a team, seeing as you work in isolation in your basement, etc. Good luck
Cheers,
Alex

Agile has never worked out for me personally, although I do agree with their practices. Something in between I've found to be very successful. My point being, don't get too caught up in all the agile hype.

I love trout!John Cartwright wrote://throws a trout at Christopher. (joking)
I didn't mention anything specific and actually neither do you, so it is a little difficult to know what you and I use, and don't use. You are probably more Agile than you think!John Cartwright wrote:Agile has never worked out for me personally, although I do agree with their practices.
