I think the true problem isn't the "coders" but in fact the "designers" who don't really know the infrastructure needed to perform the implementations of their application. Complaining about bugs turning up <span style='color:blue' title='I'm naughty, are you naughty?'>smurf</span> me off... if you don't want to deal with people complaining about bugs, don't be in the software industry. If you can find a progger that can create an application without a single bug, then you have just blown my mind.
