SQLite Web Interface

In doing the configuration for a new web server I am at the point about installing a web interface for SQLite. The current one used is SQLiteWebAdmin and although decent enough, has some issues when modifying tables and constraints (might be an SQLite issue actually)
I would like to have something that is as robust as PHPMyAdmin and in my search I came across this page http://www.debianhelp.co.uk/sqliteweb.htm
I was thinking about SQLiteManager, SQLite Admin, or phpSQLiteAdmin
Have any of you used a SQLite web interface and which do you recommend?
