I am not a lawyer. I also am not offended by this. But I might be marked "boring" by saying that some of the test-texts on the site design are a little too specific. (McBride, Ballmer, Dumbass)
I think they are fun, but someone else might think the opposite...
Now, is that good for this community?
*covering my head with my arms in fear of beeing stoned publically*

Heavy: Okay, more seriously.
If people are offended by my use of the English language, they are a dumbass, and deserve to be offended. Simply put, the article is cleary of the humor type, and is cleary not meant to be an accurate representation of the truth. If someone becomes offended because I use the words SCO, or McBride, or even Ballmer, then they really aren't going to get along around here.
People in general need to learn to lighten up, and relax. The PHPDN is a community of people. If the community doesn't like this sort of humor, than so be it. However, if our community enjoys this, than let's go with it. If someone from outside the community finds this offensive, then did we ever want them apart of the community in the first place.
So, to more accurately represent my original answer to your question:
Hell yes!

It has come to my attention that your site has abused the intellectual property of my company vis a vis your references to the late Darth Vader, Lord of all Sith and Destroyer of Worlds.
Lucasfilms strongly objects to the use of Star Wars material for entertainment purposes and I have no doubt many of your own members will agree with this view. We intend immediately to undertake legal action against you, your associates, family and descendants under applicable legislation in each country where your site has been viewed.
May the force be with you.

I was just thinking...
Is public code reviewing such a good idea? Dont take me wrong but there are some people that I'd personally trust in actually in reviewing (volka, McGruff among other) and others (me being one) that has the discuss-and-shoot-ideas-approach.
While we might have (hopefully) some interesting approaches for discussion, it wont mean that we actually contributes with some concrete do's and dont's when it comes to reviewing.
Thinking about using a trusted group (phpbb style) of reviewers?

I have never been taught good code. I have never taken any classes. I do not know anyone that does write code. So personally I would like for someone to be able to review my code and tell me a better way to do it.
Jam has a good ideal on some trusted reviewers. Everyone, I am sure, has a little different style of coding, and it could become nothing more then a place to have argument 's.
Maybe we should at least try it out, and if it doesn't work then get ride of it!

Yeah, I agree to that as well. My suggestion is that we have a topic in the General Section. There maybe a new topic on the "Review Team" of course the PHPDN admins will have access to the Review Forum but the normal members - there should be someone to vote for them and someone else to second that vote - then it becomes an official option. Then the people whom were voted, and seconded goes into a poll on a certain date. The top 10 or whatever number that are on top of the poll becomes the Review(ers).
Seems like a election for a president..........LOL heh.....
