it's more light-hearted and not code related at all, but I think would be a good addition to the current list.
I can second that

If we're going the positive route (not sure most likely to take a thread off topic is..), then the behavior I'd most want to see rewarded is people going out of their way to reduce arguing and bickering in threads. In more than a few threads, things are taken the wrong way, or people get too emotional. Most often mods have to break it up, lock it, or edit it.

But every so often, a level-headed member steps in, clears up the issues, and really helps everyone out.

So, I would suggest adding one to the list: Most likely to reduce strife.

Ooooh yah - that's a good one. If I remember, I had a good chance to win that last year.
~pickle goes to make a kick arse avatar.

re: ~Roja - a 'Peacemaker' award? Sounds noble enough ;)
Real programmers don't comment their code. If it was hard to write, it should be hard to understand.

Exactly. I've seen it more than a few times lately, and if no one else does, I certainly appreciate it and would like to recognize/encourage it formally.

How 'bout most likely to use more words than needed? Or Most likely to put sidenotes in parantheses (like I do regularly)? Ok, the second one was a joke, but what do you think of the wordiest poster award (and contrary-wise, the shortest answers award)?

Oh yeah, another one. What about an award for most-likely to post three seconds after Feyd?

If none of these float your boat, I'm all for staying with last years list.

Perhaps a Most Thorough Response award?

Not to mention any nominees ;) but it seems to me that everah, aborint, Roja, and d11wtq always post thorough answers and get really involved in the posters problem.

Another idea would be most impressive personal project, as I'm highly fond of onions imaging projects.

I know it would seem a little one-sided this year, but what about best DevNet forum theme? Yay for pickle...

I love the theme. It makes subSilver look so plain.

On a side note, congrats on making Guru, Maugrim. 1000+ posts is quite a bit (if you take Feyd's post count out, of course  ).
