Ok guys, it's been a while since we ran the last poll but we'll try and get this going again :)

It's just for fun of course!

I cook a decent healthy meal every lunchtime. One of the many advantages of working from home.

No time to eat. Sitting doesn't cost much energy anyway..

Wow - we're a healthy bunch!

Working from home does have it's health benefits... I used to hit a local pizza shop quite often when I worked at the office.. not healthy :-(

Healthy sandwich here too... actually I try to eat 6 small meals a day... Doctors & experts say it is far better for you than 3 meals a day, plus it helps keep the energy levels up, so you have fewer mid-morning and mid-afternoon crashes.

When I was a wrestler (10 years) I ate 6 meals a day and drank at least half a gallon of water a day, and I've never felt better in my life. That's a good way to go I can say from experience. I'd like to get back into that habit.

I work at a university - I eat in the cafeteria every day.

Sandwich or variant for me usually. Some times I have a hot dog or a burger or fish and chips.
Although today I had a sandwich and a pasty as two separate meals. I was more hungry because I cycled (45 minutes) to work and back (35 minutes).

You know what I can believe that. I do have the odd crash. Hmmm I might start doing that.

Personal Fact: If I eat something fatty I can experience a dramatic increase in oil from my skin on my face. In the case of cheesy pizza, it smells like cheesy pizza.

I work on-site at a school/sixth form. I usually wander to the local sandwich shop around the corner. I'd say healthy, but I don't mind the odd chorizo + mozzarella.

Greasy foods used to give me greasy skin as a teenager but not now. I do feel very lethargic if all I've eaten is something like a Burger King though... even if I eat a lot of it.

EDIT | I'm amazed nobody selected the leftovers option. I take leftovers once or twice a week :)

Fast food most of the time. I try to eat healthy, but it just doesn't work for me that well.

Doesn't help that theres a McDonald's, Burger King, Subway, Arby's, Wendy's, Taco Bell, Chic-Fil-A, Checker's, and a Five Guys all within 2 miles of me here at work.

Great news is I'm not fat though! :) (yet.....)

I snag a fresh deli sandwich from the store across the street from me though at least once a week.
