Looking for partners for new guitar community website

My name is Sean. I have been interested in web design and development for years now, though I have never been very good at actually making the websites. I have played guitar for about 5 years and it's a subject I am really interested in. For the last 4 years, I have owned a guitar forum. We have accumulated about 5000 members in that time, though the forum is hosted for free and isn't very professional.
I am looking to start a new forum, this time with a whole website around it. I have the ideas and I have the experience and ambition to do this, all I need is somebody to partner with (ideally with some interest in guitars/music) who can help me turn my ideas into reality.
I have not even started any stage of the development yet. I have all the ideas ready, but nothing to actually show an interested partner. I am basically looking to loosely base it around the design of http://www.ultimate-guitar.com - though with more features.
I also have the name and domain for the website - http://www.TalkGuitar.com
If any of you are interested, please send me a message. I am happy to answer any questions and provide you with as much information as possible for this project.
