Business Partner Needed - Startup Business - Website

Hi,
I'm a young professional accountant/law student, and recently I had an idea that I truly feel could be a really good/big side project(depending on how well designed and managed the project is).
I'm actually short on $$$ and time, and I really need a developer so I'm willing to create a partnership with the programmer and give partial ownership of the project.
Here is what I need from you (whitout getting into too much detail):
I Want to create a website in which any user can create an account/profile and upload things to sell. Imagine a myspace profile where you can click on the items in the user's photo albums and buy those items (the special idea lies within what these items are).
Also the site should have a main screen whith thumbnails of the top or featured items.
A customer can search for items by seller profile, theme, and other categories.
Registered users can comment on the images uploaded by the sellers (think facebook photo albums).
That is primarily the user facing part of the project. The "backstages" will be discussed later.
Please let me know if anyone is up for it or if you know someone who is.
Thanks
