volunteers needed for exciting wiki dictionary project

We just recovered a Balinese-English dictionary -- the best available so far -- and would like to put it on line for public use. As good as it is, it's missing some key components that we'd like to engage as much of the island of Bali as possible to help with. The dictionary is currently in EXCEL. We need help creating a user friendly wiki dictionary with fields for existing and needed data (could be using wiki media but doesn't need to), transferring the data from our excel file to the dictionary, and then putting the whole thing on our wordpress website. Ideally, we'd also like to add in Indonesian translations if we could pull that from publicly available sources.
We have teams of nonprofit organizations and local media ready to help engage the Balinese public once we have this all on line, but we need help getting it there.
We're really excited to have had this dictionary donated to us and are hoping with your help to get it up to an international quality for public use and to get the Balinese excited about their language in the process.
Can you help?
