Worldwide Organisation of Tutorials for Newbie Community

Getting straight to the point: I have got together a few (8 people) from around the world to work on other parts of this project. I am looking for someone to work together with building a PHP-based community built by a youth development team.
The forum will be an ongoing project that I am not willing to sell, or have adverts placed on any media under the newstop.co.uk domain name. Money donated will go to charities across the world and money made from my work with other projects will fund the project along with sponsers who have offered to host the website free of charge.
At present, I have plans online, a logo in development and a mockup of where the pages will be.
Anyone who is around the ages of 14-24 can apply. Examples of work need to be given and experience in working with databases and building them is essential since no current members have any experince of working with databases.
Plans will be discussed via e-mail and more information will be given too. This is to ensure that our plans are not stolen before they are put into action. Once the community is build, the PHP and markup will be opensource and used in tutorials when writing them.
My e-mail address is bon_bon@ntlworld.com and gets heavily spammed so may take up to 2 days to reply. I will refer another e-mail address upon contact that does not get spammed and means of contacting in various other methods.
Thanks,
Bon Bon
