Hi, I own http://www.maroonhost.com and I'm looking for a dedicated staff of 3 or more programmers that are willing to help out with setting up the billing process and working with my user management system.

You have posted here before under a different name and were criticised (by me) for not offering payment for programmers' services. Since your site, tech X services, appears to be a professional hosting company, and you will benefit financially from any programming work done on your behalf, it would seem reasonable that you should be prepared to pay for this work.

If you have a concrete job offer please post details regarding rates of pay.

actually we're not in business yet, so I wouldn't get ANY money and anyone who tries to sign up for services will be denied AT THIS POINT.

And what would you offer three dedicated programmers who would work for you (that's how I interpret "dedicated")?

Surely you are interested in a good relationship with your workforce?

I mean dedicated in the sense that they'd help out about 3-4 hours a week, so it's not that big of a sacrifice. and they'd each get 15% of our future profits.

If you want to start a successful online business, you need to have the money to pay off all (or most) of your liabilities before you start making money. Why would you want to keep giving your profit away when you could simply pay one price and keep the profit to your own? :)

Another business tip: Be picky about your name!

Maroon
1. often Maroon
- A fugitive Black slave in the West Indies in the 17th and 18th centuries.
- A descendant of such a slave.
2. A person who is marooned, as on an island.

personally, anyone who snatches a different name to promote themself twice, seeing the first they totally messed up.

seems a bit, uhh, whats a (hardly) non-offensive word, desperate? I wouldnt want part of that, neither do I believe in that stradgedy to develope anything.

F+ in my book.
