A unique chance to join an exciting project

Post by pulpfriction »

Firstly, I hope the moderators of this forum don’t mind this type of post. This is a very genuine proposal and opportunity for a good PHP programmer.

We are in search of a reliable and forward-thinking PHP programmer to join us in the development of a web site from the ground up. It is unique in it’s concept and promises a great opportunity now and as an on-going project.

Important: This project is being offered on a commission payment scheme based on web site revenue, however there are and will be other opportunities to work on current established projects and future projects.

This is an exciting project with enormous potential.

Expressions of interested can be posted here. All replies will receive our full consideration and be responded to promptly.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

I think most "reliable and forward-thinking PHP programmer" are capable to get a paying job instead of depending on the success of yet another unique concept and promising oportunity.

Posting in the wrong forum doesn't prove a lot of respect. Leaving absolutely no references to check your credibility doesn't do your image well either. Forgot to mention we don't like multipost either :P

Posting a skillset required for the job your offer along with the pay would be helpful.

timvw, not sure what you mean by multi-posted....but you liking me or disliking mean absolutely nothing to me.

The POST was re-posted to the JOBS section as soon as Mat pointed out that where it should be.

Thanks.

As I understand it, there won't be any pay unless (or until) the website is profitable, correct?

Yes

Correct in one instance. We are developing a new project which will be commission based work with revenue coming from the site. In the other instance, there are other projects already underway that will require ongoing maintenance, this would be paid work. Although, the focus for now is to develop the new project.

Wow, that won't win you any points. All I see in this topic are inquiries into what this project is. Your first post was left wanting of detail and filled with vaguries, and all they were trying to do was find out more about it.

I see a flame war coming, quicky avert!
