kay.. What i'm looking for is someone to help me out with my webpage to make it a bit more interactive.

It's a website about my Super Smash Brothers: Melee tournament.. and I want to create a login system with special content and pages available to members... and teach me how to do it along the way. Possibly a user control panel with alternate skins and site options available to registered members, but that's not imperative...

can anyone help me out?

http://www.smashex.com is the website, if anyone wants to check it out.

Also my webhosting service includes unlimited MySQL databases.. i was never sure what that meant, tho. =P

Wow... So you want one of us to make this site for you so you can make money off our work?

This is a line right from your site: "Membership will be obtainable by PayPal donation, or by participating in a Smash Extravaganza!"

the money doesn't go toward me. It goes toward funding future tournaments and to the prizes for the winners... >.>;

I was asking for volunteers.. so if you don't want to do it, there's this wonderful option of not having to. Amazing.

Our point is that we highly doubt someone will do this for free. It would be different if you also knew what PHP and MySQL were and knew how to write such programs.

Your basically standing at the bottom of a mountain and asking for someone to pull you up.

I would advise for you to learn PHP and MySQL. Its a good thing to know and really sticks out on resumes.

Oh I forgot to add. Does anyone know of any good PHP help/tutorial sites? I can't remember the ones I used to learn PHP/MySQL.

Might aswell keep this thread constructive.
