Project: BeerNation

I'm currently working on a browser game with the working title "BeerNation".
The goal of this game is to create one or more companies each producing one or more brands of beer, while trying to increase one's financial prowess. I've been programming this since last Thursday, and have a fair bit of the main framework done.
Some features include: (with varying stages of readiness)
- 1 ton of any beer is made of 1 ton of water, 1 ton of yeast, 1 ton of malt, 1 ton of hops, and 1 ton of barley. The difference between brands lies in the quality of these goods, and the brewing time of each brand.
- Quality points of brand affected by quality points of each ingredient plus the number of days for brewing (1-30) divided by two.
- Each user can own as many companies as he/she likes, and each company can produce as many brands as they like.
- Companies can be created and sold to other users (along with everything owned by the company, ie: workers, vehicles, ingredients, beer, etc.).
- Employment of workers for beer production. Each worker "type" will have a different salary and different amount of maximum produce per month.
- Vehicles used for transport of goods from brewery to warehouse.
- Each type of vehicle will have a different maximum age, maximum load, energy used per ton transported, and maximum tons transported per month.
- Various power sources which produce a certain amount of pollution at varying prices.
- Admin defineable auto-production of certain goods by companies: power, vehicles, ingredients to be sold by those "special" companies to user-owned companies.
- Company announcements regarding the state of the company, their motto, etc.
- Private messages between users.
- Open sales of any goods/objects owned by a company. This includes used vehicles, ingredients, beer, and power.
- Open purchases of goods/objects that can be satisfied by any other company.
- Transaction history for every sale/purchase to generate graph of company profit.
- Workers have to be sent on holiday after a certain amount of tons of beer produced. (Could be altered to time rather than produce)
Features I would like to add:
- Graphical map with each brewery and warehouse having a distinct location.
- Related to the above point: effectiveness of goods transport based on distance between two points.
- Vehicles to be used in the transport of goods from one company to the other when beer/power/ingredients sold.
Who I'm looking for:
- Web designer to revamp or completely redo the interface.
- Graphics designer familiar with PHP GD to make an interactive map and other interactive elements.
- Additional PHP programmer for interface programming, so I can focus on cleaning up the core and creating a unified API.
My role:
- I will coordinate the work, although will be open to any suggestions at all times.
- I will do the database and core php programming.
So whenever the web designer or graphics designer will need something related to either database or core, they tell me and I do it.
