I seriously doubt the ads will cover the expense of your hosting costs for quite some time until you have enough of a user base. You also have to consider how much your willing put as a down payment to cover expenses.. and what if you cannot generate a large enough user base to display enough ads to cover costs?

Very risky..
can u define me hostile?
I was not refering to you. :?

There are tons of things you most likely still have not considered
  • Marketing: how will you generate customer interest, considering there are hundreds, if not thousands of well established hosts worldwide
  • Technical support Part 1: most hosting companies have 24/7 technical support, and/or lightning fast support ticket responses, and will likely require a telephone number to contact in case of emergencies. This usually requires additional staff who know their stuff.
  • Technical support Part 2: what is something does go wrong with the servers? Do you have the knowledge to be able to troubleshoot problems?
  • Money -- to make money you need to spend money. Who will be making the original payments for the server? What if your expenses remain larger than your income? What about those users who have pre-paid for a year -- yet you cannot afford to keep the server online (they will want their money back)
I could go on.. the thing is hosting is a very complicated matter and is usually only recommended for those who are prepared to drop a pretty penny, take risks, and know their server administration. Once again sorry to drop the bomb like this, but from what I can tell, your services wouldn't last very long. :(
