Once you ignore the spamesque type topic header lol. I'll get down to the nitty gritty of what I want to do.

I have spent the last couple of years working for a mobile development company and with the spare time on my hands have compiled a document for a particular web service that I feel would be of great benefit to the general public at large. The web service I have planned will be launched upon the UK public, it will be freely available and will provide them with a safety net if they are unconscious, or otherwise unable to relay their medical condition to medical personnel in the event of an accident or other unforseen incident.

Developers needed now:
PHP/MySQL developer

Developers also needed:
J2ME / J2SE
Pocket PC (eVB or eVC++)
Symbian OS

Interested parties wishing to partake in the core development can email marc[at]spicypixel[dot]net.

The fact that the web service will be free should help you work this out :D

To be honest the service can be utilised to generate revenue from the NHS and emergency services, but NOT from the general public. Revenue generation from the government is something that I have plans for but needs to be finalised. In response to monies earned, any revenue would be shared between parties involved.

More importantly though I'm looking for someone who is interested in the type of project that this is and its humanitarian benefit rather than its financial benefit. Although I do appreciate time is precious and totally understand anyone asking about payment.

Hope this clears things up, and maybe... keeps you interested?
