Can you explain why someone should volunteer to work on your project when you want to own the copyright?

reason

(1)I am ready to give enough stock option or stock itself to programers.
(2)programers now can learn about economics knowledge by writing code.
(3)I will IPO my company to NASDAQ and involved programers can be millionaire.
(4)I will make my own money system inside online game and this virtual money does works as real money like $.

Of cource ,I know that
only 0.6% of start-up company can IPO to NASDAQ.
Other remain 99.4% companys are ended at bankrupt.

but I am sure that my company become "0.6%" club,
and I hope that involed programers become millioner.

and I will pay for "in-game" money for programmerws also.
in game money can be used inside game.

And I will make "build-in money excahnge market",
so you can exchange in-game money to
real money like $.

And the exchange rate is not fixed.
The rate is floated.
This means that no one can tell the
money exchange rate.

The rate moves and changes every 1 seconds.

I guess someone would say,
"Those in-game money are vague",
But US-dollers are vague also.

Because you can not exchange your $ to gold.

Of cource you can buy gold using your $,
but the exchange rate or trade rate changes and float every 1 seconds.

So US-dollers and my in-game money are same.

and the diference point from
my in-game money system and
real US-dollers is that
wheter it has paper note or not.

real US-doller system has peper note.

My in-game money are all construted by
electoronic bit money and no paper note.

I have a few questions:

How many employees are in your company right now?
Is your company currently listed on any stock exchange at the moment?
What were your last fiscal years earnings and revenues?
Who is on your board of directors?

Please answer these questions to justify your claim that you are going to IPO your company to NASDAQ.

Nothing wrong with dreaming.

I agree. We all do it. But staking your developers 'pay' for work now on returns from a NASDAQ IPO whenever, is a little less than classy, in my opinion. Heck, if that were the case I would have hired half the regulars here in exchange for an equity position in several of the companies that I am building that are going IPO some time in the future.

Yes, you could do that. But is any of your companies got a GOLD MINE or something like that? I sure love to get some of those GOLDs :D but I hate to work in a mine. :? You might get trapped. :(

The no.5 thing I want to say here is that
someone would say that
those in-game money I am saying can be issued
without limit.
in other words, published for unlimited .

Yes,that is true,
but the real money like US-dollers are same.
FRB can issue US-dollers for unlimited orders.

So my in-game money and real US-dollers are
same conditions.

The no.6 point I want to say is that
so called "community money" is completely different to
my in-game money.

"community money" reduces its value for time-decay,
so community money is kind of option.

my in-game moeny is just like money so
it is kind of bond.

bond and option is deferent.

what you're proposing to a php-programmer:

"do all the work for me, this is a failsafe investment."

You basically ask a complete stranger to do lots of work for you based on trust alone and there are too many stories about scenarious exactly like yours where the programmer never heard anything back after completing the work.

"Millionaires" - sorry, mate, but that's one dig too deep into the hype-bag for me. If your idea is as good as you say, but you can't front the capital to pay a good programmer (and not a volunteer who might or might not be lousy), go to someone you know, convince them of your idea and get them to sponsor you.

Excuse me, but that is, in economic terms, entirely wrong and puts your proposition even further into the shadowy areas.
Read up on the "Bretton Woods Accord": http://www.traderslog.com/Bretton-Woods-Accord.htm

One of the key roles of central banks is to regulate the money supply (demand-supply) so that the currency falls in line with government policy, inflation stays at acceptable levels etc. etc.
