Finally. The project is moving again. :D

P.S
What do you mean "re-host"?

Will host from my own space, and not imageshack :)

I don't have FTP access from the office.

We need to push this project forward...

First of all, look at the DB scheme that I posted last week and see if there are needed changes.

Secondly, the DB scheme isn't completed, so if you know how an online store works, post your
suggestion for the remain tables (products, carts, receipts...).

Thirdly, there are 4/5 unfinished requirements in the wiki: http://www.astions.com/projects/wiki/in ... quirements.

P.S
Someone knows where are astions, onion2k etc.?

You guys think those meetings I suggested may be a good idea now? Remember when I said that if we don't have those meetings, this thing will never move along... well look what happened! We need to arrange some type of meetings so that EVERYBODY knows where the project stands and where it's going. Just talking about it in a thread doesn't help because there is no guarantee everybody read every post.

I think it's more people getting sidetracked/bored/busy than it is the need for meetings. I also think it's peoples reluctance to partake in any form of design, or anything other than code sculpting, TBH.

I'll see if I can manage to make some more, with greater detail, use case/workflow diag's but without much, if any, input from others I'm not keen on it, simply because if it does become the template and there is a fundamental flaw, I don't want to be the one pinned down with the blame :p

Well if we had meetings and at the end everybody knew what their responsibility was without any shadow of doubt, I think it would be much more likely to get done.

MSN Messenger is a great tool to have meetings with. The hard part is finding a time when all developers are available to be online. But it is a great collaborative tool.

Well that's why we set a time and give everybody plenty of time to arrange to be there... of course we'll try to make it as convenient a time as possible for everybody, but if we give enough notice, I'm sure almost everybody could make it.

I'm talking more about geography than anything. People on the other side of the world may be in the middle of their third dream when the meeting is scheduled, you know what I mean?

yea that's true... but all the regulars here seem to be on around 9am-2pm PST during the day, we'd just have to schedule it then.
