Please people really consider applying. I know the NDA WILL scare people off, trust me i already heard this; however, it's only there so I don't get stabbed in the back with someone stealing my idea. Thats it, that the only reason why it's there. I promise you that is system will not be too hard to program, the hard areas, I feel, would be making the template work with the PHP backend. Then again, I have little AJAX experience but much PHP expericence to make up for it.

If it is like some of the IP and URL blacklists out there then poop on it. My IP address was placed on one because it was in a block of IPs used by MediaCom customers. A couple of sites I tried to visit wouldn't let me register on their forums because my IP was on a damned Blacklist.

I have had this static IP for almost 2 years now and never spammed anything. In my mind these types of sites SHOULD get hacked and go away because MOST of the time they contain IP addresses or URLs that are not spammers. There is usually never any real validation and many of these types of sites are more along the lines of Extortion sites. If you want your IP or URL removed from their black list you have to PAY them an investigation fee. :P

If your site is this type of site then you can tell how I feel about it and anyone wanting to work on the site. If not, then sorry for getting all uptight in the thread. :)

You really ought to read this: http://rondam.blogspot.com/2006/10/top- ... myths.html

Especially point 3. It's 100% bang on the money. All the other points are well worth reading too.

It's not THAT type of blacklist!!! It's NOT geared toward spammers. I would tell you more but I can't without you signing a NDA.

Interesting...
Hey would you accept a person who has motive to study? (you said it won't be to difficult for PHP programmers)

I only experienced several times in small project, and I 'half-confident' to apply to yours.
Please encourage me....

Well, I guess so, I need a team though who can make stable code. If you know Smarty, AdoDB, MySQL, PHP and some Ajax, i'm sure you can apply. If not, can you template a bit? It's gonna be a friendly area, so if you need to learn, as long as you try and hold up your end of the NDA, you are allowed to apply. Though, I could start you off on the basic systems i need, such as the ones i'm sure you already programmed. Such as session managment, logins, etc.

EDIT: Currently, i'm looking into the SAJAX library for simplifying the AJAX I need. I still need Web 2.0 templaters though.
