Those are all available in one form or another of open source already, upon quickly looking at your list.

Yes I am aware of the fact. But I want to build something more like what the webmasters themselves recommend. I mean rebuild the way they want it.

How many webmasters do you know that are unhappy with the scripts you listed that are currently available for free?

Like for example the Open Directory Project. Webmasters are already fed-up of it. Ours will be released open-source.

I applaud the enthusiasm, but I'm not quite clear who "webmasters" are? Developers? People who maintain websites? Content-providers?
I have the impression that maybe, you're talking to the wrong audience here - if people on this forum need tools, they tend to build them (see swiftmailer, html purifier, the rebuild OSCommerce initiative etc. etc.)
Probably a very good way of keeping up your good intentions and enthusiasm is to seek an audience that's less in need of developing tools and more so of marketing - i.e. "the long tail".

On a coders' discussion board like this one, you' find it somewhat hard to find an audience then, I should think. ;)

DMOZ is open source. You can download an RDF dump here: http://rdf.dmoz.org/ Also, considering they've recruited nearly 75,000 editors, I don't really see how you can claim people are fed up with it.

If you go looking around the www you will find a lot of feedback about dmoz and its currupt editors. Secondly the count that is shown is the total number of members that have registered till date, out of which hardly 7500 are active (as per dmoz press release)
