I'm looking for someone to aid in the creation of a USPS Web tools class so you can look up zip codes, verify addresses and look up rates for packages. If you interested please message me.

Are you trying to create a competitive class against an already existing one? (There are many.)

Then why not use an existing one?

I couldn't find any classes for PHP on google that were free. I have a class from PHP Classes but it didn't want to work even with the examples in it.

Dude it's open source, take the OsCommerce USPS module and modify it. If you want to write your own that's cool but if your trying to save yourself time, or if you don't know how just use that.
