To make your life simpler, use a content management system, e.g. Joomla: http://www.joomla.com/
It will implement the workflow you specified earlier (and actually do much more) without you having to do any programming and thus save you plenty of headaches.

If you want to compare different content management systems, go to: http://www.opensourcecms.com/

Yes/No, the work is done thanks to user "jenovian" It works greate, but now Im asking for help with a bug in the addadmin script. I can find the error in it! This is no more Volunteer work! It shouild be in the bugs section! Admin, please move this to the PHP bugs section. Thanks.

The script runs how it should work whichout any problems! jenovian has made greate work! But there is an error in the "admin/addadmin.php" file. It cant connect with the database, i dont know why, because the whole index.php script works whichout any problems with the sql database! And in the addadmin.php file there isnt possible to delete avaliable users. How can i fix this bug?? Somebody is able to help me? Thanks!

I suggest you consult with the "jenovian" - to my mind, a product is not great if it is buggy and a problem with the database connection is a very fundamental flaw.
This discussion board is not meant to be a project management forum in any way, hence there is no bug-section.
