I think it's a moderate job. I don't know much about PHP but I need something built for a site I'm working on. The sites budget is low so if someone is willing to do this for free in their spare time that'd be great.

Here is what it would consist of: (Picture from another site that has something similar)

This would be for a bands website. People would be able to add a show with the information of location date, venue etc. After that people would be able to add a setlist from the show, reviews, video, mp3. Other users could just leave comments on the show. And It would be great if the login system for this could link a pre-made forum log in system. I wouldn't want this exactly the same as in the picture but if there is someone interested I can give them more info.

At the point this project is not a forsure thing(But I'd like to make it that), I am trying to find out if there is interest from some developer out there. Maybe someone can give me some suggessions to find help if no one wants to here? Thanks! Maybe there is some existing script that is similar that I could use?

Is this for a non-profit organization?

Well, its really not an organization, its just some people making a band website. The only money coming into them would be from google adsense (not even sure if we'll do that) which all of it would go straight back to the site. So, yes it is non-profit.

I've done some search but can't find the answer, what does 56k warn mean?

It means you have a large image in your post, and 56k users (moi) should be warned that this post will take time to load.

Okay, thanks for the info! Now, can anyone help with that other problem I have?

Problem? It sounds to me like you are asking for someone to program your website for you. It's a lot you're asking for, and for someone to do it for free, it'll likely be one of the newer programmers, which also means that the code may not be as manageable as you'd like it to be.

Okay, then what would it cost me if I hired someone?

Everyone has their own price. I wouldn't be cheap, so I wouldn't even bother offering my services. Financially, you'd want more of a novice, especially if this site isn't going to be a big business.
