CRM and Knowledge Base

I'm working on creating an open-source PHP/mysql Customer Relationship Management system that has capability to integrate with a searchable knowledge base.
I have a bulk of the knowledge base written, but I'm looking to see if anyone would be interested in collaborating with me to create the customer relationship aspect of it.
The CRM will also have a ticket creating capability for technical support to manage technical issues and for sales/marketing to track lead contacts.
I have some crude requirements, an idea for the schema, and some of the code created.
Anyone interested?
