Designer needed for medical site

About 3 weeks ago a member of the forum named Gary asked for a volunteer to help build a website for him. The purpose of the site is to collect data from people who have chronic lyme disease so that this data can then be provided to the centers for disease control. The site also allows the general public to view the collected data in the form of pie charts, bar graphs and table data. The CDC does not currently recognize chronic lyme disease as a legitimate medical condition.
I volunteered to build the site and I have completed it for the most part. There are a few changes and features that still need to be added, but he at least has a real website now.
I am not a designer and my primary expertise lies in writing the back-end application logic. The site is currently using a template that Gary found on another website.
I am looking for a volunteer to design a nice looking template for the site. This should be a great site to put on a resume or in a portfolio once it's polished. Employers and/or clients may look positively on you volunteering for a good cause as well.
The site is build on top of the symfony framework and as such integrating a template is just a matter of editing the view files. The website is at:
http://ldnr.org
And you can view the graphs generated from the collected data here:
http://ldnr.org/diagnosis_type_by_year.html
Please contact me if you are interested. I will put you in touch with Gary and you two can hammer out the details.
