Loading services automaticcaly at boot time / logging in

How to run the rcsshd (SecureShell server) service automatically upon logging in / boot time ?! And possibly also the MySQL / Apache servers ?!

On redhat you can type 'setup' and goto 'services' and check/uncheck them.

On any distro you should be able to add to rc.local
