Strange directory

Post by BDKR »

I just found something that's a little disturbing. When doing a locate search some of the results came back with a directory called /home/biusr/. What's that? I've never heared tell of it before.
The strange thing is that I can't cd into it nor can I even get any ls info from it. That includes using the -a switch.

Strange eh?

It appears that the last rebuild of the locate database farted and there were some bad entries in there. I just did a slocate -u to rebuild the db and everything came back normally.
