Hello,
I would like, to know , which configuration must I do, in order that the key "shift" of my keyboard, can be actived, because now, I can not write "?" or "§" for exemple.

Well you need to set your keymap up for your location (France?).

Is this just affecting you in an X environment? In KDE/Gnome or wherever your X server is running you can do:

setxkbmap fr (as root)

Update xorg.conf if that fixes your problem :)
