I was checking my logs just and stumbled across this:
su: pam_unix(su:session): session opened for user beagleindex by (uid=0
Although there is no user 'beagleindex'.

Beagle is an indexing sub-system and search aggregator.
Check your man pages for beagled, beagle-query, beagle-status, beagle-shutdown

The logon 'beagleindex' as UID 0 is the muddy footprints of an application called beagle. This is a sort of
search system which is alleged to help you find stuff that you can't remember the location of. In order to
do its business, it grovels over lots of files on your FC5 machine (with root access). Further information
may be available at
http://beaglewiki.org, although when I just checked, that domain name has been
suspended because it was not renewed.
