Photoshop on Linux

Has anybody successfully installed Photoshop on any linux distro? Just curious after finding things like this:

You can run it through Wine. Although I tried with CS2 and it failed on the splash screen when "loading preferences", I presume that's because it was looking for a non-existant directory. I probably could've fixed this but I was only testing anyways :P

The only real reason I want it is because I promised my roommate I'd teach him some stuff in Photoshop, and not thinking, I installed Linux and now I don't have access to Photoshop to teach him anything. Sux. :(

I really don't need it for anything I do.
