Hi,

How do I go about putting 'Open terminal' in the menu that appears when I click the right-mouse button?

I've tried System->preferences->Mouse but it doesn't seem to have any options to do with this...

I'm using the latest Ubuntu if that's any help

thanks
Alex

Gnome is what you need to be searchig for. Ubuntu is just a distro which runs Gnome as the desktop environment.

I'm not sure how you'd go about doing that, but it seems more ideal to add an icon to the dock for it like you would on OS X.

Katapult to the rescue!

Granted, it's a kde application, but who says that it won't work under Gnome...

I hit alt-enter type the first couple characters for the app i want (ter = terminal, xc = xchat, fir = firefox, etc) and hit enter... It also functions as a quick, dirty calculator :)
