Email account setup: command line

Post by jaoudestudios »

I have always used plesk on my linux servers. However, I want to move away from it. I know how to setup virtual hosts for apache for my websites, but I have no clue how to setup email accounts.

Is this easy?

thanks.

It's not all that hard but of course the gui that plesk allows makes for configuring mail a very simple task.

If you want to get away from Plesk I suggest using postfix as there is a wealth of information online regarding configuring Postfix on a linux server.
