Wamp on Flash Drive

And now for my first question...

Between the desktop and the laptop, things get a little tedious when developing a site.
Has anyone every installed WAMP on a flash drive and ported the whole thing from machine to machine?

Is there an easy way around having different drive letters from one machine to the next?

Or, am I :crazy:

Although I use Xampp I believe you can solve your problem at file level

and do not worry about drive letter. I maintain 2 copies of htdocs

one on my desktop and one on my flash drive. The 2 are always kept

in sych-- update the flash drive then update your desktop drive.

Have you tried using your remote desktop--i.e. you have access to your

home computer (desktop) via internet.
