open 2 port in one hosting ?

i face a problem.
PC 1 -Got domain name.
my server got a apache server to host my company website. so customer can browse it.

PC 2 - without domain name
now, i setup a CCTV for online see my company. when i need to see my company, i need to go to a supplier website, then login to see my company. That CCTV was setup in my company.

my ADSL router only can point to a PC right now.
IP is dynamic IP.
any matter can let me access to this 2 website?

you should be able to set the router to forward traffic on port x-y to any IP in your network. You could set 8080 (on the outside) forward to PC2 port 80. Router port 80, to PC1 port 80.
