Without knowing which platform it is hard to direct you.

http://archive.apache.org/dist/httpd/binaries/
has old binary versions (Note newer versions contain addition security fixes).

http://archive.apache.org/dist/httpd/old/
contains code which you need to build.

but the specific version i look for isnt there :(
and i dont want to start with compiling from source
