i'm not sure of exacts, but i do know wikipedia is misleading. i'm probably barely medium in expertise, but, i have to disagree, LInux is very easy to set up, and if you've got half a brain, what you need to know you can pick up quick.
i dont think anyone has exacts anymore.
however, while windows keeps paying off the dod promising to get closer to their secured stndards, it has yet to break about 80-85%. it starts out at about 60%
posix (unix, including solaris and irix, bsd and linux are all posix derivatives.posix is NOT an operating system, but rahter the standards all unix, linux and bsd are made from) starts out at about 60% (varying a bit by flavor)
red hat and the NSA proved that you can jump to about 75-80% just by doing SE (which has been ported to BSD and UNIX). they also proved you can get linux to 90+% of the standards.. with greater potential of actually reaching than windows shows.
