Help - prompt for admin password to view php page

I have a problem viewing the php file on the browser. When I went to the site, it prompted for administration password. I did some research on it and suggest that I give read and executable file to IUSR<machine> to the PHP directory folder.

I did that and it comes with this error:

CGI Error. The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:

I am sorry for the double post. At first I would think that Apache,IIS,Web Server post is more appropriate for this problem. I've tried to delet this post but couldn't.

Once again, I apologize and will use the client side forum instead. Thank you everyone
