TO FIND IIS

My PC is XP Professional edition...i' m not really sure where to find my IIS and cannot find my localhost...
Can anybody teach me?

Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> Add/Remove Windows Components.

It's in there.

But when I want to setup IIS it's require CD-Rom of XP professional,is there any website that i can go and download the software to configure IIS and it's free?

Hmm... you should have the CD shouldn't you? It's just the normal windows install CD you would have purchased or the OEM one that came with your PC.

Why not use Apache and be done with it?

The Windows XP Pro setup CD is a requirement to install IIS (same for Win2K).
