ole: see if you can get them to replace the router with a WRT54GL - you can install your own custom Linux-based firmware (available from http://wrtrouters.com) that doesn't crash and has an actually useful feature set!

I'd reccomend a "GL" router and flash it with "Thibor's HyperWRT" firmware - it's been amazing for me.

I've no idea what I should replace this with on my server. Note that: I'm running a DNS so I can set domain names to use within the company (LAN only).
