this is the most n00b scripting question i've ever heard, there is actually no problem, just go into mysql and add your user access back manually if you know how to program you should know how to do this.

There's got to be a configuration file where you can control the IP address of the user who has "God" access. Locate this file, or database field, and change the IP address that's in there to your new IP address.
Set Search Time - A google chrome extension. When you search only results from the past year (or set time period) are displayed. Helps tremendously when using new technologies to avoid outdated results.

If it is determined by IP addresses, I think it should be re-designed. Maybe.. A username and password?

Those seem to work well. :-p
