A expected successful account creation page become download.

Please help. I am very new to php. After completing the new account creation form in my oscommerce website. instead of showing a account successful created page after clicking the continue tab, it become a pop up download tab on the account.php. Please help.... thanks

More details are needed. Is everything else working? Are there any header modifications? And what on earth are you talking about?
