What would your ideal PHP hosting be like?

Hello,

I'm part of a small team of passionate developers who want to improve the PHP hosting experience. But, we don't want to just rely on our own experiences, we want to know what features you would be most interested in. Some possibilities include:

- Everything you need pre-configured
- No up-front cost -- pay if you start consuming resources
- Online editor and IDE in your browser (and not slow/sucky like a lot of online editors!)
- Better user interfaces for common configuration
- Easier-to-use, but still industrial-strength, alternative to MySQL for new apps
- Better scalability properties, never suffer from the Digg effect

We've got a lot of expertise ready to apply to this problem, but we want to know what kind of major step we can take that people will really appreciate. So, how would your dream PHP hosting be better than what's out there now? Or are existing solutions just fine?

Thanks,
