apache restart issues

Hi,
on restarting apache i receive
debian:/etc/apache2/sites-available# /etc/init.d/apache2 restart
Forcing reload of web server (apache2)...apache2: apr_sockaddr_info_get() failed for debian.4.x86_64
apache2: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 127.0.0.1 for ServerName
waiting apache2: apr_sockaddr_info_get() failed for debian.4.x86_64
apache2: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 127.0.0.1 for ServerName

What do i do in order to resolve this issue?
