Have a look at this: http://www.juicystudio.com/services/colourcontrast.asp

It's really helpful for ensuring colour contrast is good so you don't leave your visitors squinting to read text.

It looks very nice, although I agree with the others about the text.

Will the flash at the top have any functionality?

nice display but the top banner/flash movie takes up a little to much room for my liking.
great layout though, if you see something simillar it's not because i borrowed it.

To ensure that your site can be spidered by search engines you may want to consider adding some plain text links 'cause they can't read flash.

It is too small and slightly too busy for my likes.

It looks cool enough but:
  • -I'd cut the size of the top flash banner in half. It takes up too much space for just eye candy.
-Try and make the look of the flash more spread out on the page. -Currently, it seems like the blue is kind of separate from the rest of the page - it isn't really integrated with the design.
-I love the fading news items. That's a really cool concept.
-Take off that 'Under construction' notice. A pubically accessible page should be a finished product, not a work in progress.
-What does the site look like without the tubes?
-Maybe make all the font the same. The font to turn the sound on/off and to leave a message is a bit hard to read.
It may seem like I'm doing nothing but complaining, but everything I didn't mention I thought was really good!
Real programmers don't comment their code. If it was hard to write, it should be hard to understand.

yes sir! :)

actually, at first, i'm not intended to make a website, i was making a signature banner...

as i keep drawing and drawing with PS, hey, it can be a very cool website, so everything was followed the size of banner... and the result.. is what u seen, it is impossible to modify it.. (yeah, possible, it will be messy then)...

and, so many of ppls complaining the text!!! i will change it as fast as possible!..

tq guys!
